These Terms of Use are the rules for using the appname website and app. They are meant to be easy to read. HOA LOAN SERVICES BK LLC (“appname,” “we,” “us”) operates appname. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Together, these documents are the agreement between you and HOA LOAN SERVICES BK LLC.

The service

appname is a comparison tool. It shows estimated loan information from participating providers in the Philippines so you can browse, save options, and run a calculator estimate. It is free to browse. We do not run a credit check so you can look at offers.

HOA LOAN SERVICES BK LLC is not a bank, financing company, or lending company. We do not solicit, arrange, approve, or disburse loans. We do not make credit decisions. If you take a loan, the contract is between you and the provider. HOA LOAN SERVICES BK LLC is not a party to that contract.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract under Philippine law. The service is intended for residents of the Philippines. You are responsible for any use of appname on your device.

How it works

You can review listed options, save offers in the app, and use the calculator.

If you tap through to apply, you leave appname and continue on the provider’s own site or app. That provider’s terms, privacy policy, fees, and credit process apply from that point. We do not submit a loan application to lenders for you.

Ranges

Options listed in appname fall within the following ranges:

Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 20% per annum.

This maximum APR includes interest together with processing fees, service fees, handling fees, documentary charges and any other cost associated with the loan. We require participating providers to stay within this ceiling as a condition of being listed. We do not list options that require repayment in full in 60 days or less.

This example uses the most expensive scenario listed on appname and includes all applicable charges. It is an illustration, not an offer. The provider gives you the final figures before you accept anything.

Estimates are not offers

Amounts, terms, interest, APR, fees, and processing times shown on the site or in the app are estimates or examples. They may be incomplete, out of date, or different from what a provider actually quotes or approves. Listing a provider is not a guarantee that you will be approved, or that money will be disbursed.

Approved is not the same as disbursed. Read the provider’s final contract, repayment schedule, and all fees before you accept.

Under the Philippine Truth in Lending Act (Republic Act No. 3765), a lender must disclose the finance charge and the effective interest rate to you in writing before you sign. Ask for it if you do not see it.

The calculator

The calculator is an educational tool. It estimates a monthly payment from the values you type in. It uses assumptions that may not match any real provider’s product, and it does not check whether a product on those terms exists.

Using the calculator does not create an application, does not contact any provider, and does not affect your credit standing.

How we are paid

Browsing appname is free. You do not pay HOA LOAN SERVICES BK LLC a fee to compare. There is no subscription, no paid tier, and no in-app purchase.

HOA LOAN SERVICES BK LLC may receive compensation from participating providers if you apply or take a product. That can affect the order or presentation of options. Compensation does not change the fact that we do not issue the loan, and it does not mean we endorse a particular offer as the best one for you.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information if you contact us or use optional features such as saved offers.
• Before you apply, confirm the provider is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or another competent Philippine regulator, and that the licence or Certificate of Authority number matches. You can check this on the SEC website.
• Do not send your ID, selfie, OTP, or bank details to unofficial websites, social media, or chat apps. appname does not ask you to email identity documents to complete a comparison, and no legitimate lender will ask you for your banking password or OTP.
• You are responsible for repayments, fees, and any default under a loan you accept from a provider. Borrowing costs money. Only take a loan you can repay.

Acceptable use

Use appname only for lawful comparison of listed options. Do not try to disrupt the service, scrape it in a way that harms it, impersonate anyone, or use it to commit fraud.

We may suspend or stop access if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken, or if we need to protect the service or other users.

Saved offers and your data

Saved offers are stored so you can come back to them.

You can delete your saved offers and any information held about you at any time from inside the app, under More information → Manage my data. Deletion is permanent.

Third-party sites and providers

Links, logos, and apply buttons may take you to a provider or another third party. We do not control those sites. Their content, availability, and practices are their responsibility.

Partner names and logos are used to identify listed providers; they remain the property of their owners and are shown with the provider’s permission.

Intellectual property

The appname name, site, app, layout, and our original content belong to HOA LOAN SERVICES BK LLC or our licensors. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial comparison. You may not copy, sell, or reuse our materials as your own without permission, except where the law allows.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. We do not promise that listings are complete, error-free, or always available. Information may come from providers or other public sources and can change without notice.

appname is not financial, legal, or credit advice. We do not guarantee that any option is suitable for you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Philippine law, HOA LOAN SERVICES BK LLC is not liable for:

• a provider’s approval, rejection, delay, rates, fees, collection practices, or disbursement;
• your decision to borrow, or decisions based on the calculator;
• the accuracy of third-party information;
• device, network, or third-party outages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).

Complaints

• About the app or site: [email protected]. We reply within 15 business days.
• About a specific loan: the provider named in your contract.
• About a provider’s conduct or registration: the Securities and Exchange Commission (www.sec.gov.ph).
• About your personal information: see the Privacy Policy. You may complain to the National Privacy Commission at www.privacy.gov.ph.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. The updated version applies once it is posted on the site or in the app.

If the change is significant, we will tell you in the app or on the site before it takes effect. If you keep using appname after that, you accept the new terms. If you do not, stop using the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, unless the law requires otherwise.

If any clause is held invalid, the rest stays in force.
